It has been long, more than 3 years journey, but Ascent Systems Technologies is now in the last stretch of the final, 4th phase of the Innovation for Defence Excellence and Security (IDEaS) Pop Up City contest. We are thrilled to be there and happy to see our first prototype of the Autonomous Mobile Energy System (AMES) performing nicely.
The AMES module was able to be deployed by one touch of the button, and reliably operate in the field environment including withstanding a strong wind. We are looking forward to be able to deliver our system for Canadian Armed Forces and allies, as well as for customers in areas such as mining, disaster relief efforts and many others.
